Alternative: Let's be realistic.
Aging is a natural process accompanied by a variety of physical and mental changes. Throughout life, the ability of cells to regenerate and repair declines, leading to an increased risk of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and age-related illnesses.
Longevity, on the other hand, means not only getting older but also maintaining a high quality of life. Factors such as a healthy diet, regular exercise, sufficient sleep, and stress reduction can extend lifespan while also lowering the risk of age-related diseases. In this video, I want to place the topic of aging within a societal context.

These 5 things accelerate aging the most.
The Most Important Factors in Aging
Many factors play a role in physical aging. In this video, I will introduce you to the 5 most influential factors.
I will discuss electrosmog, sugar, exercise, sleep, and stress, and how you can minimize them in your daily life.
Here is some additional information for the video. You can easily find such an armband phone holder online. Look for one with good reviews and a strong velcro fastener, as there are huge price differences. Mine is a type of pouch, and I am more than satisfied with it. The brand is Springs. If you search for "Oberarmtasche Springs" (upper arm pouch Springs) you should find it.
Make sure to always charge your phone before going to bed. In the program, we aim to turn off our phones from 8:00 PM onwards. Feel free to plug it in for 1-2 hours immediately so it's fully charged when you go to bed. You can also find a manual alarm clock online for a few euros.
When it comes to exercise, try to really push yourself every 1-2 weeks. Remember what you did as a child or what children still do today. Perhaps you even have children yourself. Observe them: how they run, jump, climb. We do these movements less and less as adults. As a result, we get rusty. There's no reason to stop jumping. Perhaps we don't do it as spontaneously as children do, but planned hopping, turning, and twisting is one of the keys to keeping your body young. Jump rope, trampoline jumping, sprints in the forest or on a mountain, and your daily morning and evening routine with me are ideal. When was the last time you really ran off? We should do that much more often.
Regarding AGEs and raw nut butters, you can find them in my Shop. Currently, we have raw cashew butter, raw almond butter (brown and white), and raw walnut butter in the Shop. The tahini is lightly roasted and incredibly delicious.

The most important factor for aging?
The most important factor for aging?
We all know proteins from social media, but do they play a role in the aging process? And what actually happens during aging?
In addition to the video, I would like to give you some sources for the proteins presented in the video.
Sprouted plant-based protein
Feel free to check my shop more often in the coming months. We are currently developing a protein based on sprouted grains with wild herbs from multi-stage fermentation.
Sprouted grains
You can find sprouted grains in the form of oat flakes in our shop. Otherwise, you can also find great sprouted grain products at Aho Bio. With the code Luke, you also save 10% there. I can particularly recommend the flour - it's really super digestible.
Sprouted lentils
You can easily sprout lentils yourself. Check module 10 for a very simple guide. Otherwise, you can also get sprouted lentils from AHO BIO. You always save 10% there with the code Luke.
Tempeh
You can get tempeh cheaply at the Asian store. It is often frozen there, or there is usually chilled and frozen. Freezing tempeh is great, especially if you don't want to consume it immediately.
However, the taste takes some getting used to. I recommend frying tempeh in some coconut oil, ghee or butter and deglazing it in the pan with a marinade of soy sauce, our wild honey (or maple syrup), paprika powder, curry powder and our original salt. Let it caramelize for 1-2 minutes and then serve.
Alternatively, you can get great pre-seasoned varieties from the brand tempehmanufaktur at the organic store. I really like the lupine tempeh with wild herbs!
Quail eggs
You can get quail eggs from sustainable husbandry and feeding from the Wachtelfarm (Quail Farm). Feel free to visit their website to quickly find a dealer near you. Some suppliers also ship online!
Sockeye salmon
I'll warn you briefly. Once you've eaten this salmon, it will be hard for you to eat regular salmon. You can get very high-quality salmon from the brand PAHLE. My tip: buy a whole side, portion it yourself at home and freeze it in ZIP bags. I usually portion the pieces into 100-150 g pieces. I then thaw them overnight in the refrigerator or, if I'm in a hurry, in warm water. Important for preparation: always let salmon sit at room temperature for at least 10-15 minutes before cooking, preferably 20.

Sun Protection Part 1.
Sun Protection Part 1
Let's talk about sun protection.
The sun is one of our most important "energy sources". Even if we don't directly need it for energy generation, it helps control our daily lives. More precisely, our circadian rhythm. This determines when we wake up (or become alert) and when we go to sleep (or become tired). It is solely due to this rhythm that it is in human nature to sleep at night and be active during the day. This rhythm is largely controlled by the sun. Today, this has gotten a bit out of hand due to a lack of sunlight and our indoor-oriented lifestyle.
Yet the sun is so essential for us. Not only to control our daily lives, but also to produce enough vitamin D. While we also find vitamin D in foods like wild mushrooms, eggs, and fish, we only get it in sufficient quantities from the sun.
Nevertheless, too much sun can also cause damage to us, especially in relation to skincare, the sun plays a central role. Therefore, it is important that we expose ourselves to the sun sufficiently, but also protect ourselves sufficiently from it. Naturally, this protection consists of shade. That means trees, indoors, hats, and parasols. Because sun protection does not directly mean sunscreen. However, sunscreen is, of course, also an option, especially if we know we will be exposed to the sun for a long time.
In general, we differentiate between mineral and chemical sunscreens. The former is "bio-based" and the natural option. Such creams reflect the sun, thus preventing the rays from penetrating the skin in the first place.
Chemical sunscreens work a little differently. They allow the sun's UVA and UVB rays to penetrate our skin, but convert them through their particles so that no damage occurs.
The sunscreen brand I use and also recommend in this video is MADARA. I use both the face cream and the body cream.

Sun Protection Part 2.
Sun Protection Part 2
The sun protection factor describes how much additional protection from the sun you get after applying sunscreen. Simply put: with an SPF of 30, you can stay in the sun 30 times longer than if you weren't wearing any sunscreen at all.
However, the SPF strongly depends on how thickly the sunscreen is applied. With a very thin layer, the SPF is accordingly not as high as with a thicker layer.
Besides sunscreens, there are also some oils that have a high SPF and can be applied well to the skin with a carrier. In this case, a carrier means a moisturizer like water or aloe vera gel.
That's why I like to mix the oils with some aloe vera in the morning to increase absorption and get the said SPF.
Coconut oil has an SPF of 15 to 20. However, the oil with the highest SPF is raspberry seed oil. You can mix this, for example, with aloe vera gel and apply it to the skin.
You can find such an oil online. Even if it's not entirely cheap, it's very economical.

Top 4 for Colds.
Nobody likes colds. That's why in this video, I'll give you the 4 most important things you need to know to prevent colds.
Below, you'll find some additional information & sources.
Berries
Regarding tip 1: For wild blueberries (or generally frozen berries & cherries), I recommend the brands Natural Cool or SOTO. You can find both in organic stores. Natural Cool often even offers Demeter quality, but you can also find wild blueberries at SOTO. You can also find wild blueberries at REWE and, of course, at EDEKA. If you want to buy larger quantities (from European forests), check out Yourpowerfoods. If you like dried wild blueberries, you can find good ones at Ellicomelli.
...and I'm sure we'll be releasing our wild blueberry powder in the Shop soon :).
You can find the "Vitalkomplex" juice from Dr. Wolz online and also in health food stores. Do go shopping there more often, it's worth it. More and more health food stores are closing, yet the quality is outstanding and, in my opinion, should be supported. In winter, you can also buy pomegranates. I always say it's the "berry of winter."
Propolis
You can find good propolis from the company Honigmanufaktur Eggers. That's what I always use. Important: You should get something like this now, and not wait until you feel like you're getting sick. As soon as I feel a slight onset of a cold, I take 5-10 drops of propolis 3 times a day.
Vitamin D
With Vitamin D, in my opinion, you can – and should – act preventively rather than therapeutically. As a guideline again: 1,000 to 1,500 international units per 10 kg of body weight daily.
Here you will find a link to the high-dose phase from Rohe Energie; they are very knowledgeable about Vitamin D. Feel free to stick to their advice.
You can find our Vitamin D "Sonnenstunden" in our Shop. One bottle lasts for about 2-3 months – don't compromise on quality there!
Zinc
You can also supplement with zinc during a cold. I even recommend it. You can find zinc primarily in: red meat, liver, oysters, shrimp, salmon, wheat germ, oats, amaranth, quinoa, eggs (especially liquid egg yolk), dried figs and dates, chickpeas, soy (tofu), walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and sesame. Our tahini is an excellent source of zinc here!
