Quality and Bacterial Strains

Our natural protein is a vegan raw food product and has not been sterilized. 100% manufactured quality. The combination of pea and rice creates a complete amino acid profile. During production, the proteins are enzymatically broken down into smaller structures.

Multi-stage Fermentation

Our berries are hand-fermented in Germany over several months in a careful multi-stage fermentation process and dried at 38 degrees. The following bacterial strains are used for this: Lactobacillus Plantarum, Rhamnosus, Reuteri, Acidophilus, Casei, as well as Bifidobacteria Bifidum, Breve, Lactis, Infantis, Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, and Streptococcus Thermophilus.
