In this panoramic room, you share a bathroom with one other panoramic room. The bathroom is located directly next to your apartments. All 3 panoramic rooms are next to each other, so here too you have the wonderful distant view and sleep soundly at night on the top floor of the villa.

The price you pay includes
no additional costs on site.
Not included in the price are your travel expenses, i.e. flight/car journey and the transfer from the airport to the villa (approx. €60 per Uber).

The retreat is alcohol-free.
If you want to smoke, please do so only outside the villa.
There are 2 female dogs, 1 male dog, and a few cats living on the villa property. You can walk the dogs in the mountains. The three are very sweet and cuddly and are happy to share a sun lounger with you.
We only speak German among ourselves. My workshops are also held in German. However, additional workshops are in English. Basic English skills are therefore an advantage. But I am always there to translate or help.

This room is designed for 2 people to be fully utilized.
If you wish to book the room for single occupancy, a surcharge of 40% will be added, and the room will no longer be available for any additional person.
This room is, of course, ideally suited for friends/acquaintances or couples.
