Spicy Red Pesto

A healthy treat! I love both our pestos, but probably this one a little bit more.

Our Pesto Rosso has a fruity-intense tomato flavor. I like to eat it with sweet potatoes, sourdough bread, pasta, or use it as a base for sauces with our sacred oil. With just one spoon, you can naturally elevate the taste of your lunch to a new level.

Thanks to the gentle production process below 27°C, in accordance with raw food principles, all nutrients and typical aromas are best preserved. We use sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts, high-quality extra virgin olive oil, and only fresh herbs. The pesto is rounded off with our natural primeval salt.
