Our date syrup is made from sun-ripened Mazafati dates and gently processed at a maximum of 42 °C. The gentle pressing preserves the original taste of the date – in accordance with raw food principles. Due to the careful production, the syrup still contains small pieces of fruit and impresses with its intensely caramel aroma and a fine, natural sweetness.
You can use the syrup to sweeten your porridge, yogurt or pastries. The syrup also tastes great in combination with our tahini and the holy oil on sourdough bread!
