Our Premium Kagoshima Matcha is processed in Europe's only known matcha mill, which grinds its tencha on-site rather than in Japan. This results in a particularly fresh and finely ground matcha powder with an intense flavor and vibrant green color.

Matcha differs from classic green tea in that the entire leaf is consumed when drinking it. This means it naturally contains plant-based ingredients such as fiber, minerals, vitamins, and proteins.

Our matcha comes from organic cultivation in the Kagoshima region. The tencha leaves are harvested in spring and carefully processed. Analyses show that early pickings tend to have lower aluminum content than later harvests. Regular independent laboratory tests confirm the organic quality of our product and prove that heavy metal levels are significantly below legal limits.
