"Ur Honey" | German Pressed Honey

Our original honey is a rarity, which is why we only have a very small quantity available for this harvest.

Unlike commercially available honey, our honey is not extracted by centrifuge, but traditionally pressed – an old method that was used even before the introduction of the honey extractor in 1985.

Due to the particularly gentle pressing process from the comb, our honey contains a significantly higher pollen density compared to standard honey.Our original honey is produced in Germany by a Demeter beekeeper according to the strictest organic standards.

We recommend storing our original honey in a dark place. Due to its purity, it can naturally crystallize – a sign of quality and authenticity.

I recommend taking a good teaspoon of original honey daily.

Beekeeping

The development of the bee colonies and the honey extraction are in harmony during the production of our primal honey.

The bees swarm, drones and swarm queens remain in the bee colony. The bees follow their natural building instinct in natural honeycomb construction and create their own honeycomb!

If necessary, they are fed with nectar-like supplementary food. Overall, this non-product-centric beekeeping means more effort and up to 60% less yield than in conventional beekeeping.
